Dr. Adeyemi Akeem

Chief Medical Director

Dr. Adeyemi Akeem, FMCPsych, is a Nigerian psychiatrist and member of the West Africa College of Physicians with over a decade of clinical experience. He champions innovative, transformative care. Trained at Ladoke Akintola University, he specializes in substance-use disorders, community psychiatry, child and adolescent and adult psychiatric care, with interests in disorganized behaviour and somatization. A dedicated educator of medical students, he founded Hakron Specialist Care Center in 2016 to deliver integrated rehabilitation, coordinated psychiatric treatment and family-centred, compassionate care.

A certified Human Resources Manager, she leads talent acquisition, staff development, performance management, employee relations and compliance. Passionate about workplace wellbeing, she designs compassionate HR programs that strengthen culture and enable clinical teams to excel. Empathetic and results-driven, she champions professional growth and operational excellence across the organisation and fosters inclusive leadership at every level.

Odusanya Adedeji A.

Consutant Clinical Psychologist

Odusanya Adedeji A. is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over seven years’ experience. A full member of the Nigeria Association of Clinical Psychologists (NACP) and an affiliate of the American Psychological Association (APA) and ISTS, he specialises in PTSD, anxiety, substance use disorder, depression, psychological assessment, marital conflict resolution and professional wellness coaching. Having served reputable Lagos centres including Family Wellness, Mental Health Compass and Hakron Specialist Care, he combines compassionate clinical expertise with a keen interest in information technology.
